You should have received an email asking you to RSVP for the Pacaya volcano hike. There are more details about the hike here. One thing to note: that pdf says the hike starts at 6 am, but for us, we'll be starting later at 8 am to accommodate folks who are getting in late on Saturday evening. The hike should have us back to the hotels around 3/4 pm, giving folks time to freshen up and chill before the Welcome Dinner.

Welcome Dinner
Attire: Cocktail
Transportation is provided and will pick up guests from Villa Bokeh, El Convento, and Porta Hotel to be taken to the welcome event. Please see the pickup times below.
Villa Bokeh – 4:50 PM
El Convento – 4:50 PM
Porta Hotel – 5:00 PM
Transportation will take all guests back to Villa Bokeh, El Convento, and Porta Hotel at 9:30 PM.
Wedding Ceremony
The wedding ceremony will be at Convento Santa Clara, a monastery dating back to 1538.
Cocktail hour and reception to follow at Villa Bokeh.
Transportation will be picking up guests from Villa Bokeh, El Convento, and Porta Hotel at 3PM sharp, to be taken to Santa Clara for ceremony.
Return transfers at the end of wedding will be provided from Villa Bokeh for guests returning to El Convento or Porta Hotel. There is an open service beginning from 9PM, until wedding end time of 12AM for any guests wishing to leave earlier than 12AM.
