December 5th Update

Booking Hotels: Thanks to those who have already booked hotels. The El Convento room block is almost completely full (only two Master Suite Kings available), but we still have some availability at Porta. That said, you need to put down your deposit to secure your room by December 8th, so get on it if you haven’t already (details here).

Airport Shuttles: The Eventeur (our wedding planner & travel coordinator) has partnered with Columbus Guatemala Travel to provide transportation to/from the airport. There are details and links to book them on our travel details page. Booking them in advance means they’ll be ready and waiting for you at the airport when you land to help you seamlessly get to your hotel.

Flights: We will be arriving Saturday afternoon, but we have some guests who are coming Friday, some are coming early Saturday and some late Saturday. We’d love to have you all in Antigua on Saturday so that you can join for the activities we’re planning for you all on Sunday.

Group Activities:
We’re working on organizing some group tours for all of us on Sunday during the day (details still TBD… stay tuned). And then Sunday night we have organized a welcome cocktail and dinner event at El Pensativo House.

Dress Code: We've decided to go with Black-Tie Optional - For men, tuxedo or a dark suit, white shirt, and a tie. For women, a floor-length gown, a fancy cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit.

Top Travel Destination: Guatemala! Conde Nast Traveler picked Guatemala as one of The 24 Best Places to Go in 2024. Get excited!

Wedding Invitations: We’ll be sending out paper invitations shortly to those who have provided their mailing addresses via the form in the Save The Date link. But as previously mentioned, the invitations will still ask you to RSVP on our website: ryanastasiia.com/rsvp, so please RSVP at your earliest convenience at that link.
